Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
• Own end-to-end system design, from proof of concept to full production rollout.
• Define the architecture for workload automation solutions based on open source technology.
• Make and document architectural decisions covering platform, integration, data flows, availability, resiliency, security and observability.
• Work with a distributed, international engineering team to make sure the solution can be delivered and supported in production.
• Lead technical design discussions and align stakeholders on architectural direction.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation (diagrams, ADRs, roadmaps, non-functional requirements).
• Work with DevOps and engineering teams on deployment patterns, CI/CD standards and operational readiness.
• Ensure the solution meets security and compliance standards.
• 5+ years in solution or system architecture, or a senior engineering role with clear architecture ownership.
• Proven experience designing large-scale software systems (distributed systems, microservices, APIs).
• Hands-on or design-level experience with: Kubernetes (deployment patterns, scaling, reliability); Kafka (streaming, integration patterns); Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Solid architecture fundamentals: security by design, resiliency, performance, maintainability.
• Ability to turn business goals into practical technical designs and guide delivery.
Nice to have
• DevOps experience (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code).
• Testing experience (test strategy, quality gates, non-functional testing).
• Wider open source stack experience (Linux, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Observability, monitoring and logging in production environments.
