Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
Are you an analytical, detail-driven professional who enjoys turning complex vendor relationships into clear, actionable insight? We’re looking for a Vendor Management Analyst to join our Technology Vendor Management team – a group dedicated to bringing structure, discipline, and value to how we manage our technology vendor portfolio. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in vendor lifecycle management while working closely with Procurement, Finance, Architecture, Risk, and senior stakeholders. You’ll help the organization make smarter commercial decisions, manage risk, and get the most value from its technology partnerships – from vendor selection through renewal or exit.
What You’ll Do
• Support Senior Vendor Managers with day-to-day vendor lifecycle activities – data gathering, benchmarking, meeting minutes/actions, and decision logs
• Maintain portfolio trackers and reporting (renewal pipeline, RAID logs, actions, approval status), ensuring data quality and timely updates
• Prepare governance packs for reviews and approvals (renewal submissions, performance reviews, commercial checkpoints)
• Gather inputs and conduct analysis to support business cases and commercial recommendations – costs, benefits, risks, options appraisal
• Support contract reviews by extracting key terms (SLAs, pricing structures, renewal clauses, obligations) and flagging gaps and risks
• Partner with Operations and Finance on cost optimisation initiatives – baselining spend, identifying opportunities, tracking benefits realisation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of vendor management processes, templates, and portfolio insights (dashboards, MI, trend analysis)
• 3-5+ years of experience in vendor management, commercial management, procurement support, technology operations, or a related field – financial services or another regulated environment is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce clear, decision-ready outputs
• Good understanding of technology vendor landscapes and commercial/contract constructs (SLAs, licensing models, renewals, consumption metrics)
• Experience supporting business case development, initiative tracking and benefits realisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
• Strong attention to detail and governance discipline (tracking, documentation, auditability, follow-through)
• Solid financial and commercial awareness – cost drivers, budgeting, value-for-money thinking
• Comfort working with data and reporting tools (Excel/PowerPoint; portfolio dashboards or MI tools)
• Prestigious position at one of the world’s largest banks
• Stable, long-term projects
• Competitive salary with a B2B contract
• Hybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Cracow)
• Private healthcare and multisport card
• Personal growth and development opportunities with the possibility to rotate between projects
• Referral program and company events
• Convenient parking
