Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Manage and develop relationships with existing French-speaking clients
– Identify new business opportunities and generate sales through outbound and inbound activities
– Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations for prospective clients
– Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer experience
– Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
– Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
– Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
– Participate in business reviews and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is an advantage
– At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
– Fluency in French (minimum C1 level)
– Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
– Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and build long-term client relationships
