We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:

Responsibilities
Analyze the service market and support sales planning, including defining targets and strategies
Actively participate in sales projects, tracking performance and revenue targets
Prepare and manage bidding documentation, including: Service proposals, Tender responses, Clarification materials and – presentations
Support commercial negotiations and define project implementation frameworks
Coordinate internal resources for service delivery and maintenance
Prepare service quotations and internal review materials
Contribute to pre-sales activities with operational and technical input
Requirements
University degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
Fluency in Polish and English
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in preparing quotations and bidding documentation
Knowledge of service sales processes
Familiarity with PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Ability to interpret complex tender documents and design service solutions
