Sales Director

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the overall sales organization in Poland, driving revenue growth, and executing business objectives within an international environment. This role combines strong operational leadership with active involvement in shaping and implementing sales strategy. We are looking for a results-driven leader who can effectively manage a complex sales organization while actively contributing to business growth, combining strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop high-performing teams and build long-term business success in a dynamic environment.

• Full accountability for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the technical solutions segment
• Leadership and development of the sales organization, ensuring high performance and capability building
• Monitoring and optimizing sales performance based on KPIs and data-driven insights (including Salesforce)
• Initiating and implementing corrective actions in response to deviations from business targets
• Co-creating and executing the sales strategy in alignment with local objectives and global corporate guidelines
• Developing and implementing annual and long-term sales and business development plans
• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and commercial standards
• Overseeing pricing strategies, commercial conditions, and portfolio management
• Identifying market trends and implementing best sales practices to strengthen market position
• Collaborating with headquarters and ensuring regular reporting of business performance and key metrics
• Fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and customer excellence
