Responsibilities
Identify and engage photovoltaic installers who are not yet partnering with our client.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with installers and distributors.
Conduct a minimum of 30 field visits per month and actively develop your sales territory.
Gather market intelligence, conduct surveys, and provide valuable feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Deliver product presentations and training sessions for partners and installers.
Generate leads and collect orders, ensuring smooth cooperation with distribution partners.
Promote Community Solar initiatives and encourage participation in certified installer training programs.
Assess partner potential, develop action plans, and support business growth.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the photovoltaic, renewable energy, or technical industry.
Proven ability to build relationships and close business opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Valid Category B driving license.
