Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Ensure full compliance with Polish financial regulations and act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities, including KNF
– Manage regulatory reporting processes and oversee client complaint handling in line with local requirements
– Oversee client tax reporting obligations, including PIT-8C
– Support the launch and positioning of the LYNX brand in the Polish market and act as a local ambassador
– Monitor market trends, competition, and investor behavior to support business growth
– Collaborate with central growth teams on lead generation and client acquisition initiatives
– Execute local financial processes, including invoicing and preparation for corporate income tax (CIT)
– Liaise with external accounting and tax providers and ensure alignment with group standards
– Manage local HR operations, including payroll data preparation, social and health insurance administration, and communication with authorities
– Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
– Support recruitment processes in cooperation with the People & Culture team and contribute to the development of local benefits
– Ensure a fully functional office environment, including facilities, suppliers, and daily operations
– Support employee well-being, engagement, and overall team satisfaction
– 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Compliance, or Finance within Financial Services (Brokerage, Banking, or Fintech)
– Strong understanding of capital markets, AML regulations, and regulatory reporting
– Knowledge of Polish tax reporting (including PIT-8C)
– Fluent Polish and excellent English (C1)
– A key role in launching and shaping our Polish branch
