We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
A global organization in the financial services sector is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join the team responsible for managing technology infrastructure and financial operations within IT.
This role supports end-to-end financial management activities across a large global cost base, including budget planning, forecasting, accruals management, reporting, and variance analysis.
Key responsibilities:
– Support the annual budget planning process and align bottom-up plans with top-down targets
– Track actuals and forecasts vs. budget; proactively identify and resolve variances and risks
– Manage accruals to ensure accuracy and timeliness
– Prepare financial analyses, reports, and management presentations
– Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and governance
– Support billing management and cost recovery tracking
– Strong financial management experience, ideally supporting a large global cost base
– Solid data analysis and reporting skills
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
– Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
– Professional proficiency in English
