Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
• Monitor and support enterprise network and telecom infrastructure across global environments
• Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure-related issues to minimise service disruption
• Work closely with engineering teams and external vendors to restore services efficiently
• Support incident resolution processes and escalate issues where required
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for proactive improvements
• Contribute to infrastructure stability, monitoring standards and operational best practices
• Participate in global support activities within distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Assist with service optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Good understanding of network infrastructure, telecom technologies and connectivity concepts
• Knowledge of network topologies, protocols and operational support processes
• Experience working within ITIL or Agile environments would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and external providers
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in dynamic support environments
