We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
• Provide Production support for Private Banking Client Onboarding system, Private Banking Client Reporting system
• Provide Incident analysis for systems and workout solution with development team
• Manage Incidents and Problem Records (Problem Coordinator role) via SNOW flow
• Support ongoing technical and process improvements in Support working with Support colleagues, Devops and SRE
• Response to system alerts and actions on those
• Provide support on non-office hour depends on needs. Like weekend regularly release & maintenance
• Technologic background is required
• Experience on IT support, Devops, SRE, IT infrastructure jobs is an advantage
• Risk awareness including identification, mitigation and control
• Inquisitive nature, want to know why there is an issue
• Knowledge in SQL and Database is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux is an advantage
• Experience on managing Service Now Incident, Problem Record and CR is an advantage
