We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Lead and coordinate IT projects in an Agile environment
– Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
– Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
– Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery
– Support teams in adopting Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
– Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Scrum Master
– Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to build relationships and work effectively in an international environment
– Technical background, particularly in Data-related projects, is a strong advantage
– Availability to work from the Kraków office at least two days per week
