Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Design and fine-tune prompts to get high-quality, reliable results from LLMs
– Build RAG-based solutions with vector databases to extract insights from complex financial data
– Take part in the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to production deployment
– Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business experts
– Write clean, testable, and reusable code
– Develop and scale solutions on Azure and GCP
– Contribute to solution design and architecture
– 3+ years of commercial experience with Python
– Experience with FastAPI and LangChain
– Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
– Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and vector databases
– Understanding of microservices, API design, and CI/CD
– Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
– Good English communication skills, including presenting technical ideas to business stakeholders
