Responsibilities
Monitor and review third-party risk, vendor performance, and compliance across the full vendor lifecycle
Support internal stakeholders and vendors during cyclical reviews, audits, risk assessments, cybersecurity reviews, and business continuity activities
Track and manage remediation plans related to vendor and risk issues
Ensure ongoing adherence to third-party risk policies, frameworks, and governance standards
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding vendor risks, escalations, and regulatory matters
Collaborate with operational risk teams, cybersecurity teams, business continuity stakeholders, auditors, and senior management
Analyze management information and reporting related to vendor risk and performance
Support continuous improvement and adaptation of target operating model practices across vendor management processes
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management and Vendor Management, preferably within technology environments
Strong understanding of third-party risk frameworks, governance, and compliance processes
Experience monitoring vendor performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and remediation activities
Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management and operational resilience is considered a strong advantage
Familiarity with TPRM platforms and tools such as ServiceNow or Coupa
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a complex, international, and matrix-driven environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management capabilities
Ability to manage priorities independently and adapt to changing operating models
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
