Agile Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of technology and business initiatives within a complex corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, prioritisation and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate collaboration between business and technology teams.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and blockers.
  • Monitor delivery performance and provide regular stakeholder updates.
  • Support resource allocation, release planning and delivery improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with internal processes, governance and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Agile delivery or IT project management.
  • Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Agile or project management certifications are an advantage.
