AI Governance & Data Strategy Analyst

Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and structure a portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring visibility, alignment, and consistency across projects
• Design and implement governance processes for AI and data, including control points, evidence requirements, and governance workflows
• Identify synergies and reusable solutions across initiatives, and build a structured Pattern Library (taxonomy, templates, best practices)
• Develop and maintain a centralized tracking and orchestration layer for AI use cases (status, ownership, datasets, dependencies)
• Create dashboards and reporting to support governance, decision-making, and stakeholder visibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders across data, technology, and risk functions to align initiatives and drive standardization
• Support the definition and adoption of data standards within AI-related processes

Requirements

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with experience in process design, governance, or transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-team environments
• High-level understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, AI use cases), without the need for hands-on model development
• Solid understanding of technology components and architecture at a conceptual level
• Working knowledge of data management concepts (data standards, lineage, metadata, data quality, governance)
• Experience in creating structured artefacts (e.g., workflows, RACIs, templates) and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Jira, Confluence)
• Proactive mindset with the ability to connect topics, simplify complexity, and drive alignment across initiatives
