BI Specialist (Python & SQL)

About the role:
Join a global organization operating in the financial services sector and become part of an international team responsible for enterprise reporting and planning solutions. You’ll work with IBM Cognos Analytics and IBM Planning Analytics, helping maintain, enhance and optimize business-critical reporting platforms used across the organization.
This role combines application development, system administration, data analysis and close collaboration with business stakeholders. Beyond supporting existing solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to improve processes, automate workflows and contribute to the continuous evolution of the reporting environment.

The role begins with a one-month on-site onboarding and knowledge transfer period, after which you’ll transition to a hybrid or fully remote work model.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop IBM Cognos Analytics and IBM Planning Analytics solutions.
• Support financial data loading, validation, and reporting processes.
• Administer Windows-based environments and provide user support.
• Analyze and optimize existing reporting solutions and workflows.
• Collaborate with business users to identify and implement process improvements.
