Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
What the work looks like:
– Own the chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, dry coolers, pumps, free cooling and hydraulic systems
– Plan and oversee planned maintenance in the CMMS
– Write and review procedures (SOPs, MOPs and EOPs)
– Monitor the BMS and optimise cooling performance and energy efficiency (PUE)
– Investigate incidents and root causes, and follow through on corrective actions
– Manage external service providers and check their work against SLAs
– Oversee F-gas obligations, including leak checks and records
– Take part in upgrades and expansions on the live site
– G1 qualification certificate (“SEP”), category E up to 1 kV. Above 1 kV, category D or G2 is a plus
– 2+ years in electrical maintenance, ideally on a site that runs continuously
– Experience with LV switchgear, and ideally also UPS, generators or MV equipment
– Open to 24/7 shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays
– English at B1 level (procedures and systems are often in English) and Polish
– Comfortable with physical work: ladders, raised floors and handling heavy components
