– Creating and maintaining golden‑path templates and patterns that speed up onboarding and reduce differences between teams.
– Improving self‑service onboarding to help the platform scale across the organisation.
– Running and supporting feedback loops, turning developer issues into ready‑to‑use solutions.
– Creating and enhancing platform documentation.
– Collaborating with product, engineering, architecture, and risk/control teams to ensure practical and compliant guidance.
– Strong practical engineering skills and experience delivering templates, automations, reference implementations, onboarding materials, or developer tools.
– Solid understanding of developer experience and how to make the “right path” the easiest one.
– Ability to write clear technical content for a broad audience.
– Strong production mindset (security, resilience, observability, supportability).
– Good collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
