Engineering Uplift Lead

Lead engineering improvement initiatives across multiple platform teams by identifying opportunities, driving continuous improvement, and enabling better engineering practices through data-driven decision making and technical leadership.

• Identify engineering improvement opportunities using operational data, metrics, incidents, and user feedback.
• Define and drive initiatives to improve reliability, performance, automation, quality, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads to prioritise and deliver improvements.
• Promote engineering best practices, standards, and consistent delivery processes.
• Analyse processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
• Define KPIs, monitor engineering performance, and measure the impact of improvements.
• Coach engineering teams and support the adoption of modern engineering practices.
