Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
▪️ Building and developing the GCP platform that enables application deployments
▪️ Engineering solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
▪️ Integrating, configuring and maintaining cloud services: IAM, networking, logging, operating systems, containers
▪️ Managing SDN in GCP (VPC, Shared VPC)
▪️ Working with hardened Linux and Windows OS images
▪️ Ensuring compliance with security and operational risk standards (network, firewall, monitoring, availability, resiliency)
▪️ Building and developing CI/CD and continuous testing processes
▪️ Implementing patches, supporting non-functional testing and updating documentation
▪️ Supporting application teams with troubleshooting
▪️ Preparing impact assessments for platform changes and applying good change management practices
▪️ Taking part in a rotational on-call schedule as part of 24/7 support
▪️ Experience building services with a cloud provider (ideally GCP)
▪️ Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code
▪️ Hands-on experience with CI/CD and related tools
▪️ Experience configuring SDN in the cloud (VPC, XPN) and an understanding of physical networks (subnetting, NAT, routing)
▪️ Knowledge of security and compliance: IAM (ADFS, OAuth), auditing and monitoring tools
▪️ Very good skills in at least one language: Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Groovy or Scala
▪️ Experience in full automation and configuration management
▪️ Ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences
▪️ Comfort working with application teams and global IT teams in an agile environment
▪️ Understanding of risk management and experience working in a regulated environment
