Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
Client Management & Business Development
– Lead client meetings focused on Permanent Recruitment and IT Outsourcing; manage follow-ups and keep everything moving on schedule
– Reconnect with inactive clients, hunt for new business, close deals, and run projects from start to finish
– Secure profitable delivery across all services and keep an eye on financial performance
– Review costs and revenue for recruitment and outsourcing projects to support smart decision-making
Market, Networking & Collaboration
– Actively build your presence on the Kraków and Polish market — networking, events, meet-ups, anything that helps grow visibility and bring new business
– Work closely with the Recruitment Team, Marketing, and Sales to keep messaging consistent
– Collect and share market updates that help shape our strategy
Client & Contractor Operations
– Run background checks, onboard employees for client projects, and prepare full documentation
– Manage contractors end-to-end: understand needs, solve issues quickly, monitor performance, and secure timely extensions
– Support contractors throughout their full lifecycle to keep everything running smoothly
Reporting & Documentation
– Prepare internal and client-facing reports, summaries, and data insights
– Draft and manage contracts and legal paperwork in partnership with Legal, HR, Finance, Accounting, and Recruitment
– Create Critical Process Overviews (CPOs) and data-based client reports using internal tools and 4D
Project Coordination
– Work daily with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly and keep information flowing
– Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables so projects stay on track
– Join briefing calls and support the Recruitment Manager in running ongoing roles and client projects
Additional Duties
– Take on other tasks that support the purpose of the role
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a recruitment agency (preferably in KAM, Sales, or Client Services)
– Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships at all levels – you enjoy talking to people
– Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working independently
– Great organizational skills and ability to handle multiple topics at once
– Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel); good command of Word, Outlook, and online tools
– English at B2 level (spoken and written)
– Natural sales mindset and understanding of the recruitment/outsourcing market
– Contract of employment or Contract B2B
