Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Leading Data Insights projects and delivering high-quality data services
– Designing and developing systems that acquire, aggregate, and refine data
– Building and maintaining data warehouses and big data platforms enabling enterprise-level analytics
– Performing data matching, linking, integration, and secure data movement across systems
– Using ETL and data tools to integrate data from multiple sources and platforms
– Delivering end-to-end data projects including data discovery, cleansing, transformation, aggregation, KPI development, and validation
– Creating data models aligned with business requirements and internal standards
– Participating in data ingestion, sourcing, and aggregation processes
– Acting as a subject-matter expert for owned data assets and reports
– Working with stakeholders to define data requirements and support decision making
– Identifying process blockers, bottlenecks, and implementing improvements
– Leading continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practices across the BI/Data community
– Managing team members’ development, workloads, performance expectations, and career growth
– Participating in recruitment and talent management within the team
– Ensuring alignment with compliance, data governance, risk management, and internal control standards
– Liaising with business and technical stakeholders to address escalations and improve data quality
– Strong experience with SQL, Python, and Google Cloud Platform
– Proven ability to design and deliver complex data solutions and reporting architectures
– Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data integration, and building scalable pipelines
– Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata, and master data management practices
– Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and manage performance
– Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
– Experience delivering end-to-end data projects in complex environments
– Understanding of compliance, operational risk, and data governance standards
– Ability to identify risks and proactively implement controls in the area of responsibility
Nice to have:
– Experience working in large or matrix organizations
