Responsibilities
Analyse business needs, define problem statements and perform root cause analysis
Gather, elicit and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements
Capture business context, including current state, future state objectives and business needs from impacted user groups
Facilitate the definition and interpretation of business rules and solution requirements
Prepare and maintain Epics and User Stories, ensuring they are clear, complete and fit for purpose
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and support prioritisation for development and testing
Assess and communicate the impact of proposed changes on business processes and systems
Review business analysis deliverables, test strategies, test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with business requirements
Support product initiatives, continuous improvement activities and project delivery within agreed timelines
Analyse and support resolution of defects identified during SIT, UAT and regression testing
Facilitate workshops and focus groups to support process analysis, fit-gap assessments and requirements gathering
Monitor the quality of requirements activities, identify risks and recommend solution options considering business impact, user acceptance and technical feasibility
Support configuration activities, solution design discussions and resolution of requirements-related issues
Contribute to proposal development, effort estimation, product demonstrations and Proof of Concept workshops
Develop training materials and support end-user adoption through training and business change activities
Requirements
Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role
Strong experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation
Proven ability to create and manage Epics, User Stories and business requirements
Experience working with business stakeholders, development and testing teams
Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements management
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Ability to assess business impacts, risks and solution alternatives
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and business analysis best practices
Experience supporting solution design, Proof of Concepts and business change activities
Excellent communication skills in English
