Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Develop and implement data standards and metadata frameworks to ensure data is leveraged as a shared asset across the organization
– Design scalable data models and data flow diagrams
– Lead the design, construction, and orchestration of complex data pipelines from multiple sources, ensuring smooth data flow and integration
– Act as the data expert for testers, developers, and business users
– Analyze functional and business requirements, creating detailed user stories to inform data solutions and strategies
– Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover connections and insights that drive informed decision-making
– Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, ideally within Google Cloud or other cloud platforms
– Experience in data modeling and documenting complex data structures
– Familiarity with data management best practices, including lineage, protection, quality, retention, and governance
– Proven experience designing and orchestrating processes, including pipeline development and workflow optimization
– Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to enable effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
Nice to have:
– Understanding of IT infrastructure or business architecture
– Experience in large or matrix organizations
– Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Erwin, Dataplex) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
– Strong technical writing and presentation skills
