One of the first ever initiatives that the team at Verita HR participated in was called “Kobieta w Pracy”. The initiative, which took place in Warsaw, was part of the initial strategy of the company in 2010. And, just like when the business started out, the team at Verita HR continue to support Women in Business. Not only in Warsaw, but now in London too.
Why Does Verita HR Support Women in Business?
The Recruitment and HR industries are often dominated by women. One commentator shared how this can often be 70% in favour of women. In recruitment businesses the balanced is very similar. Under the circumstances it makes sense for a leading recruitment business to focus on the people behind its success: women. Verita HR is not alone in embracing this initiative, companies across the globe have similar initiatives.
Back in 2010 ambassadors of the Women in Business initiative included HR Directors of Irena Eris, Millennium Bank or Schneider Electric. There was no lack of attendees to find out more about how these women leaders developed their careers.
More recently Verita HR’s team attended events such as Women in Tech Poland where the company’s clients often visit too. That was also in Warsaw.
Today Verita HR have taken further steps. Now the teams want to help Women in Business in London too. And that is where the delightful Monika Serafinska, Co-Founder of Women’s Business Link in London, comes in.
Women’s Business Link in London
In March this year, in the prestigious Level39 offices in Canary Wharf, Verita HR’s Head of Growth, Klaudia Archimowicz was a speaker at an event called “Women Who Link: AI & Beyond”. Organized by Women’s Business Link London.
Fast forward to September and Monika and her team were at it again. This time they invited the charismatic Renata Kaminska to speak to attendees. The session was about AI in Marketing: How to Use it Wisely and Avoid Mistakes.
Renata led the workshop with enthusiasm. She delivered practical insights on leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance marketing strategies while avoiding common pitfalls. The session emphasized opportunity over fear, empowering attendees with actionable tips to integrate AI smartly into their work.
AI in Marketing
“It’s about quality, not quantity,” Renata noted, praising the dynamic discussions and warm feedback from participants, who explored ChatGPT’s functionalities and sparked meaningful exchanges.
“My main goal was to show that AI shouldn’t be about fear, but about building opportunities — and to share some practical tips on using ChatGPT in marketing in a smart way,” Renata added.
Post-workshop, attendees networked while soaking in Level39’s stunning London views, adding a special touch to the afternoon.
The event left attendees inspired and excited for what’s next in AI and marketing. Stay tuned for more from Verita HR and Women’s Business Link London!
