Senior PMO

We are seeking an experienced PMO to support the delivery of strategic Data & Analytics initiatives across a complex change portfolio.

The role is responsible for ensuring effective governance, delivery oversight, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects and workstreams. Working closely with Programme Managers and project teams, you will help drive delivery transparency, maintain governance standards, and support successful programme execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Programme Managers and Project Managers in delivering initiatives in line with agreed plans, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Coordinate governance activities and ensure adherence to established delivery standards and processes.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
• Track programme performance, delivery milestones, budgets, and key metrics.
• Prepare and maintain governance materials, status reports, project documentation, and delivery artefacts.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, working groups, and action tracking.
• Support delivery planning, ongoing monitoring, and project closure activities.
• Promote consistency in reporting, governance, and delivery practices across programmes.
• Provide guidance on Agile ways of working and support the use of delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
