Responsibilities
We are looking for a React Engineer to join a team building a modern, production-grade chat application. The role focuses on developing a polished user experience, implementing real-time functionality, and delivering scalable frontend solutions in a fast-paced product environment. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to create intuitive and high-performing user interfaces.
Develop and maintain a production-grade chat application using React and TypeScript
Build responsive, polished, and user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on user experience
Implement real-time and streaming user experiences
Manage complex client-side state and application data flows
Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features
Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices
Contribute to technical decisions, frontend architecture, and continuous product improvements
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery
Requirements
Strong production experience with React and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or a similar modern design system
Proven experience building real-time streaming user interfaces
Strong understanding of complex client-side state management
Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as part of daily development workflows
Nice to Have:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
Hands-on experience with streaming AI APIs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Server-Sent Events (SSE)-based solutions
