Market 3.0 Launches in Krakow to Redefine the Future of Work

Strona główna » Market 3.0 Launches in Krakow to Redefine the Future of Work

Krakow, Poland – October 14, 2025 – The rapidly evolving employment landscape – marked by digital transformation, organizational shifts, and new demands for creative and analytical roles – calls for bold, honest conversations about the Future of Work. Market 3.0, a groundbreaking initiative spearheaded by Agnieszka Bender and the team at Verita HR, is answering that call with its inaugural event on October 22, 2025, at Co-work MEMOS, Mogilska Street, Krakow.

Titled “SSC/BPO After Hours: The Truth You Won’t Find in Industry Reports”, this free event promises unfiltered insights into the future of work from business leaders, HR experts, and employees.

Poland’s job market is navigating unprecedented challenges: a 5.4% unemployment rate (GUS data), tightened regulations on foreign workers, and a push for wage transparency under EU directives. Meanwhile, the SSC/BPO sector, a cornerstone of Krakow’s economy, faces talent shortages and the need for agile strategies.

Market 3.0 creates a unique platform for stakeholders to share real-world experiences, strategies, and solutions, fostering collaboration in a time of change.

Event Highlights

From 17:30 to 21:00, attendees will dive into three dynamic discussion panels:

  • Business Vision (18:10–18:45): Hear from industry heavyweights like Tomasz Brzostowski (Global GBS/SSC Leader), Mariola Famuła (Bystronic Group), and Michał Sokołowski (ABB), moderated by Klaudia Archimowicz (Verita HR Group), on navigating strategic challenges in a dynamic market.

  • HR Vision (18:45–19:20): HR leaders including Maciej Wituszyński (Shell), Magdalena Latosińska (Genpact), and Jacek Sysak (Talent Rebel) will discuss talent development and employee support, moderated by Agnieszka Bender (peHRfect).

  • Employee Vision (19:35–20:10): Practitioners like Paulina Gernand (Aon), Magdalena Cierniak (HEINEKEN), and Radek Smarslik (Talent Acquisition Specialist) share frontline challenges, moderated by Patrycja Skwiot-Włodarska (Verita HR Group).

The event closes with Philippe de Brouwer (HSBC) delivering actionable takeaways, followed by networking to spark connections and ideas.

Why Market 3.0 Matters

Founded by Agnieszka Bender, Patrycja Skwiot-Włodarska, and Klaudia Archimowicz, Market 3.0 fills a gap in Poland’s HR landscape by offering a no-clichés, content-driven forum. The founders discussed at length what would be the best solution and together concluded that there was a gap in Krakow’s event map: a place where people can openly discuss the challenges of today’s market.

Backed by the team at Verita HR, a leading recruitment firm with offices in Warsaw and Kraków, and partners like ASPIRE Poland and Magazyn Rekruter, this initiative tackles real issues – labour market reforms, digitalization, and employee well-being – head-on.

“Market 3.0 is about truth, not trends,” says Klaudia Archimowicz, Head of Growth at Verita HR. “We’re bringing together voices from all levels to shape strategies that work in today’s complex reality.”
