Verita HR today announced the appointment of Emilia Cisek as AI Marketing Lead, effective immediately.
In this newly created role, Emilia will spearhead the development of AI-native marketing strategies leveraging generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to deliver more personalized candidate experiences, strengthen employer branding, and drive higher-impact recruitment campaigns for Verita HR’s global clients across Central Europe.
She will work closely with Klaudia Archimowicz, Head of Growth, and the marketing and talent acquisition teams to embed intelligent technologies that increase efficiency, creativity, and measurable ROI.
Emilia brings deep expertise in digital marketing and the practical application of AI in talent and recruitment marketing. She has a strong track record of designing and scaling data-driven campaigns that have delivered significant improvements in engagement and performance.
