We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:

What you’ll do:
You will be part of a Programme building a new platform for the Bank. Your role will include:
• Gather, analyze and structure data requirements, making sure they are clear, complete and usable for delivery teams
• Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to align on needs and document them in a consistent way
• Translate customer expectations into well-defined requirements, while also tracking product usage to help set priorities
• Map current and future processes, identify gaps and support the design of practical, scalable solutions
• Prepare clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, data mappings and test cases
• Support migration activities, from planning through to execution, ensuring smooth transition
• Collaborate with delivery teams on a daily basis, providing clarifications and tracking progress
• Share insights and learnings with a wider stakeholder group to keep everyone aligned and informed
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in product-focused, customer-centric environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and documentation, including user stories, epics, gap analysis and process mapping (e.g. BPMN)
• Good understanding of enterprise IT environments, ideally within the financial sector, including data, APIs, microservices and infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and priorities
• Experience in customer journey mapping and understanding user behaviour based on data
