We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
Provide first-line IT support in a global environment, ensuring reliable and efficient assistance for end users across multiple locations. Focus on delivering high-quality technical support while maintaining a strong customer service experience.
– Deliver on-site and remote technical support for end users
– Resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
– Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy hardware and software (PCs, laptops, Macs, mobile devices, printers)
– Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and basic network services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
– Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems and knowledge bases
– Manage IT assets, inventory, and assist with procurement processes
– Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors when required
– Participate in IT projects, deployments, and infrastructure support activities
– Contribute to improving support procedures and documentation
– +2 years of experience
– Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team
– Proactive and self-driven approach to tasks and learning
– Experience in supporting Windows and macOS environments and enterprise IT tools
