Let’s find the Most BeLOVEd SSCs in Poland together!

The Most BeLOVEd SSCs in Poland is coming! SSC Heroes and Aspire launched a Poland-wide campaign to determine the highest employee satisfaction rate in SSC/GBS/BPO. Winners in 6 categories will be nominated based on surveys from employees in Poland’s shared services sector. Winners will receive their awards at the CEE Shared Services & Outsourcing Awards on February, 1st in Warsaw. We truly believe that asking the employees is the key.  By filling out a 6-7 minute long survey regarding career, work content, office environment, fun activities in their current workplace, we will be able to announce the winners, a.k.a the Most BeLOVEd SSCs in Poland. By filling out the survey, they get a chance to win valuable gifts from Wizzair to Airbnb vouchers. The Most BeLOVEd SSC Campaign is also an opportunity for companies in the shared services sector to promote their office as a workplace with the most beloved environment and conditions for employees. The decision and announcement of the winners will be based on the detailed survey. Winners will be announced in 6 cities where the shared services and outsourcing sector is very active: Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, Tricity and based on the incoming replies, one “Other City”. The awards will be handed over at the prestigious CEE Shared Services & Outsourcing Awards Gala on February, 1st in Hotel Intercontinental in Warsaw.
