Join us for a late afternoon and early evening focused on one of the fastest-growing and most-international sectors in Poland: Shared Service centres. Top global companies continue to expand rapidly in Poland (Goldman Sachs, CreditSuisse, Groupon, StateStreet, to name just a few), and are keen to attract well-educated recent graduates, who are well-versed in international languages, finance&accounting, management and IT.
The 1st annual SSC Heroes Spring Business Mixer – an afternoon and evening dedicated to future Employees of one of the fastest-growing sectors in Poland: Shared Service Centres. We expect more than 15 top Warsaw-based companies to attend – all focused on the Shared Services sector (also known as “Centres of Excellence” or GBS Global Business Services) – and more than 300 top students keen to explore options post-graduation.
We start at 17:00 with perhaps the most important presentation: Salary Surveys and what you can expect to earn. Plus tactics of how to best negotiate with your future Employer! The second Panel features 3 top Warsaw-based SSCs giving insights – real insights, not sugar-coated – about what it’s like working inside an SSC and with a top global company.
After the short presentations (60 minutes), we will have a totally-informal part (beers, wines and food), mixed in with Employer exhibitions in the format of a “mini” Job Fair).
Indeed, we have 4 remaining spaces for “Cocktail Table-Exibition”, designed for Warsaw-based SSCs, looking to hire top employees.
