Operating profit more than doubles as the group adds PLN 47.3 million in revenue and records the fastest reported growth in a selected comparison of established Polish HR businesses
WARSAW, Poland: Verita HR Group accelerated through an uneven year for Poland’s recruitment industry, growing faster than a range of established competitors while more than doubling its operating profit. The group’s 2025 results show a business expanding its revenue base and converting that growth into stronger earnings, alongside continued investment in its people and systems.
Consolidated revenue rose 33.7% to PLN 187.4 million, up from PLN 140.1 million in 2024. The group added PLN 47.3 million in annual revenue. Among selected established recruitment and staffing businesses with calendar-year 2025 accounts available, Verita HR Group recorded the strongest percentage increase in reported revenue.
Randstad Polska and ManpowerGroup remained far larger in absolute revenue, while differences in corporate structure and service mix affect direct comparability. Verita HR Group nevertheless ended the year with higher profit, more cash and stronger equity, giving the group a larger financial base entering 2026.

Profit grew faster than revenue
Verita HR Group’s revenue growth was accompanied by an even stronger improvement in profitability. Net profit reached PLN 1.92 million, up from PLN 250,297 a year earlier, while the net margin increased to 1.03% from 0.18%. Shareholders’ equity rose 88.7% to PLN 4.09 million, and cash and bank balances increased to PLN 2.94 million.
The group continued to invest as it expanded. Average employment rose to 560 full-time equivalents from 536, alongside further investment in teams, systems and service delivery to support a larger operating base.
Demand varied across the market
Poland’s recruitment market remained challenging in 2025. Polskie Forum HR reported that its member companies generated PLN 7.6 billion in turnover during the year. Revenue from recruitment for Polish employers fell 2%, while recruitment process outsourcing grew 11%. The estimated Polish temporary-work market grew 6%. These measures cover different segments rather than a single market total, but together they show how sharply demand varied.

We use AI where it genuinely helps, but recruitment decisions remain the responsibility of experienced people.”

Verita enters 2026 with a larger revenue base and a stronger financial position. Recruitment and outsourcing remain central to the group’s growth in Poland and abroad, with a continued focus on consistent delivery, investment and profitable growth.
