In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, a whistleblower may submit a report through the following channels:
a) by mail to the correspondence address: HRO Personnel Sp. z o. o. ul. Puławska 182, 02-670 Warszawa or Verita HR Polska Sp. z o. o. ul. Puławska 182, 02-670 Warszawa with the note: Whistleblower report, to be opened by the addressee only;
b) via email to the address sygnalista@veritahr.com or sygnalista@hropersonnel.com with the subject line: Whistleblower –
Report;
c) orally, during a direct meeting, organized within 14 days of receiving a request for this form of reporting, after notification of
such a request through the channel mentioned under point a) or b) above.
