We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:

Responsibilities

What you will do:
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for delivery teams
• Support MI reporting for Credit Risk and Portfolio Management, ensuring data accuracy and usability
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and align expectations on scope and outcomes
• Collaborate with offshore dev, QA, and engineering teams across the delivery lifecycle
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in Agile setup
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly end to end
• Identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities, proposing practical solutions
• Support testing and defect resolution during delivery cycles

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis in banking domain
• Good knowledge of Credit Risk or Portfolio Management reporting
• Experience in analyzing & capturing functional & non-functional requirements for long-term and short-term projects
• Ability to work with a group of stakeholders to agreed outcomes and actions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Hands on working experience of working in agile & devops best practices
• Experience working with offshore development, analysis & test teams
