We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our dedicated Executive Customer Support team. In this role, you’ll handle sensitive incident reports, resolve complex payment issues, and ensure customers receive professional, empathetic, and timely assistance.
What will you do?
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through open and professional communication
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email quickly and accurately, escalating when necessary
• Identify and resolve customer issues within set timeframes, including handling complaints
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and effective issue resolution
• Manage payment-related cases with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain service standards and contribute ideas for process improvements
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confident computer skills, including experience with Google Workspace
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Polish
• Experience with international customer calls
This is a remote role based in Poland, requiring flexibility to work day/night shifts and weekends.
