Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.
We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
– Resolve customer issues by identifying appropriate solutions and following up until resolution
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
– Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Escalate complex cases when necessary according to internal procedures
– Meet quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
– Contribute to process improvements and share feedback to enhance the customer experience
– Fluency in French (minimum B2/C1 level)
– Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
– Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a contact center is an advantage but not required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
