We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
We’re looking for a Graduate Talent Development Advisor to help shape the experience of graduates and interns within a large international technology organisation. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders, managers, recruiters and learning professionals to create an engaging development journey for early-career talent. You’ll have a direct impact on how graduates and interns grow, learn and build their careers, while helping managers develop the next generation of technology professionals. This is a highly visible role that combines talent development, stakeholder management, coaching and programme delivery in a global environment.
What you will do:
• Lead and continuously improve graduate and internship programmes, ensuring a positive and impactful participant experience
• Act as a trusted advisor for graduates, interns, managers and team leads, providing guidance on development, performance and career growth
• Design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person workshops, learning sessions and development activities
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to support candidate onboarding, role matching and transition into the business
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and balance talent development priorities with organisational needs
• Analyse programme metrics, feedback, retention and diversity data to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with external learning providers and internal teams to develop effective learning solutions
• Experience in Emerging Talent, Graduate Programmes, Learning & Development or Talent Development HR function
• Previous experience supporting graduates, interns or other early-career talent populations
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience coaching, mentoring or advising employees and managers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in person
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in influencing stakeholders at different levels of seniority
• Experience working with HR processes and talent development initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
