We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Act as a Middleware Engineer within the Data Center migration program, supporting application migration activities
– Collaborate closely with the FTS Application & Middleware Team on BAU and project tasks
– Work with Project Managers to plan, build, test, and migrate applications to new environments
– Prepare and submit infrastructure build requests, configuration requests, and access requests
– Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues across Middleware components
– Monitor application and Middleware environments to ensure performance, reliability, and stability
– Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date technical documentation using Confluence
– Support troubleshooting during migration phases and coordinate with SMEs across multiple countries
Technical Skills:
– Experience with Middleware platforms: BMC Control‑M, Oracle APEX, ODI 12c, OID 11g/12c, Oracle Forms & Reports 11g/12c, ORDS, OSB 11g/12c, Oracle WebLogic 11g/12c
– Strong PL/SQL skills
– Scripting proficiency: Perl, PowerShell, Shell/Bash, Python
– Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools: Rundeck, Ansible
Experience & Competencies:
– Background in application migration projects, preferably Data Center migrations.
– Understanding of high‑availability, performance, monitoring, and resilience for online transaction systems.
– Knowledge of networking fundamentals, load balancing, TLS
– Strong communication skills in Polish and English
– Ability to collaborate with SMEs across multiple countries and clearly articulate technical topics
– High sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality
– Team‑oriented approach with willingness to share knowledge and build strong working relationships
