Revolut will hire more than 300 people in Poland during 2026 and open a new office on the 32nd floor of Warsaw’s Rondo 1 this autumn. The roles span engineering, data analytics, operations, services and sales, and they land in exactly the parts of the market where Polish employers are already competing hardest for candidates.
What Revolut Announced
The hiring will take Revolut’s Polish team from over 1,300 people to more than 1,600, with roles split between Warsaw, Krakow and remote work. The new office covers over 900 square metres with around 60 workstations, positioned as a place for remote-first teams to meet rather than a return-to-office mandate. Kuba Fast, CEO of Revolut Bank UAB, tied the expansion to Revolut’s “journey to becoming the bank of first choice for Poles”, as first reported by Brandsit.
Poland is now Revolut’s fourth-largest market and its largest in Central and Eastern Europe, with more than 5.5 million customers, over a million of them added in the past year. Current openings are listed on the company’s Poland careers page.

Why Poland, Again
The expansion is funded from strength. Revolut’s 2025 revenue rose 46% to 6 billion dollars, with pre-tax profit of 2.3 billion dollars. It also lands in an economy the European Commission expects to grow around 3.5% in 2026, among the fastest rates in the EU. The reasons a firm like Revolut keeps choosing Poland are set out in Verita HR’s earlier coverage of the country’s economic rise and its home-grown tech unicorns.
What It Means for Hiring in Poland
When a company this size opens 300 roles in engineering, data and fintech, it competes for profiles that are already scarce. Senior specialists in these fields command rising pay, as Verita HR’s Poland Salary Guide 2026 sets out, and time-to-hire lengthens each time a major brand enters the market. Employers recruiting in Warsaw and Krakow this year will feel the pressure on both salaries and candidate availability.
For professionals weighing a move, Verita HR’s guide to working at Revolut in Krakow covers culture, reviews and work-life balance in more detail.
Revolut’s plan is a clear signal for anyone recruiting in the same talent pool. Employers competing for the same engineering, data and fintech professionals can talk to Verita HR about hiring in a market increasingly defined by Revolut Poland jobs.
