We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client’s behalf for a person in the following role:
– Collaborate with stakeholders, such as cyber, legal, hosting committees (external, AI etc.), model risk and governance forums to ensure compliance with bank policies and processes. Obtain necessary approvals for implementation
– Engage with vendors, procurement and legal team to negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the integration process. Keeping in mind the higher level of risks involved with Generative AI, especially IP infringement and IP protection
– Design and execute communication strategies to disseminate information about AI coding assistant integration and enablement. Keep stakeholders informed about progress, upcoming initiatives, and benefits with the main focus on the engineering community
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and refine the integration process based on real-world insights
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
– Proven experience in technical evaluation and integration of AI technologies, with a solid understanding of AI models and their practical applications
– Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with vendors, procurement teams, and diverse stakeholders
– Familiarity with cybersecurity and legal considerations related to AI technology integration
– Exceptional project management skills to drive the implementation process, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
– Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to shape the integration process and communicate its business value
– Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector is a plus
