Responsibilities
Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team
Maintain compliance with Service Management Standards, ensuring high‑quality data and adherence to relevant controls
Support incident identification and resolution, following DevOps leadership guidance
Communicate directly with stakeholders regarding issues, impact, expectations, and upcoming changes
Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and achievement of RTO targets for delivered solutions
Deliver infrastructure engineering changes with a strong focus on user and customer experience
Develop and deploy infrastructure capable of meeting performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements
Drive automation across build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure consistency and predictable quality
Enhance CI/CD, system monitoring, and overall service availability
Build and maintain a digital environment that supports automation and high‑quality code and data
Support local initiatives such as service improvements and mandatory testing
Stay up to date with GO&A technologies and maintain expertise in current tools
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an engineering role (SRE, Infrastructure, DevOps, or similar)
Proficient English
Experience with incident management and change management
Working knowledge of JIRA
Strong skills in SQL / T‑SQL
Solid experience with Linux
Ability to write scripts in Bash
